Privacy policy
This policy sets out what personal data this site collects, why, and for how long. It is written to describe how the site actually works.
Who is responsible
Agustina Ricur (Riks) — Salta, Argentina.

What is collected
Contact form. When you write through the form, it collects your name, your email address, the project type you select and the message you write. This data is not stored on this website: it is sent straight to the Riks inbox by email, and kept there for as long as the conversation and the working relationship last.
The only purpose is to reply to your enquiry. It is not used to send you marketing, and it is never shared or sold.
Language cookie. The site stores a cookie called pll_language to remember whether you are browsing in Spanish or English. It lasts one year and is purely functional: it does not identify you or track your browsing.
No analytics, no advertising. This site uses no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, and no tracking tools of any kind.
Third-party services
When the page loads, your browser requests some resources from external servers. Those services receive the visitor’s IP address as part of that request:
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com): the site’s typefaces. - WordPress.org (
s.w.org): platform graphic assets.
The site is hosted by DonWeb, which as hosting provider processes the standard access logs any web server keeps.
Your rights
Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326), you can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, update it or have it deleted. Just write to agustinaricur@gmail.com.
Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326 and handles complaints about personal data protection.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this same page.
